Richard Levin

Richard Levin holds a Ph.D. from the University of Liverpool. He is a visiting professor at Nelson Mandela University and the University of the Witwatersrand. He has occupied numerous leading roles in the South African State since 1997; presently the Special Master Labour Tenants, previously a Director-General between 2004 and 2019 and has published on land reform, the state and public administration in South Africa and internationally.
