Honorary Professor Norman Duncan is an Emeritus Professor in Psychology at the University of Pretoria and a former Vice-Principal: Academic of the same university. His research and publications are primarily in the fields of authorship development, racism, and social and community psychology. He has co-edited a range of volumes, including Race, Memory and the Apartheid Archive (Palgrave/WUP). Prof Duncan is a former President of the Psychological Society of South Africa (PsySSA) and an alumnus of the University of the Western Cape, the Université Paul Valery and the Université Bordeaux Montaigne (France).
